As a mixed media artist, who has been painting for years - I love and enjoy a wide range of art supplies. Watercolour and Gouache are my main media, and then there are a plethora of supplies that complement them beautifully.

That said the “best” art supplies for you are going to depend on what you want to create, what is most accessible to you and what you will actually enjoy using. I often share videos about my favourite supplies on Youtube and the art I create with them as this changes depending what I’m focusing on at the time.
